The Family Program

Our family program is designed to offer families a wide range of activities that take place in a safe and friendly environment. Our special family programs cover all types of activities from semi-competitive, to competitive and recreational. These programs are designed for families to participate together and provide "family quality time". Our staff is committed to ensuring that our Family Members enjoy the time they spend here, while ensuring our activities occur in a family atmosphere. We strive to assist all families in furthering their family bond by providing quality social, cultural, educational and recreational opportunities in neighborhood facilities. It is our goal to become a true "Community Center".

Adult Membership

Cybex Strength Equipment
Complete Cybex Strength Circuit designed for a total body workout.

Cardiovascular Equipment
Complete line of Cardiovascular Equipment including treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, steppers, upright and recumbent bicycles.

All members will be provided with a comprehensive orientation to the Exercise Room and its equipment. The fitness director is able to design individualized fitness programs so that each member may achieve their desired goals.

Exercise Classes and Additional Services
Exercise Classes and Additional Services will be posted as they are scheduled. Most of these services are included in the Adult Membership and NO additional fees will be collected.

Yoga
Offered in 5-class sessions. Please call 583-2072 for session dates.

Lap Swim
The pool is open for Adult Members for lap swim on the days and times below:

Masters Swim Program
Adult Members also have access to the Masters Swim Program. Swimmers age 19 and older are welcome to join and participate at whatever level they choose in the "lifetime sport" of swimming. The coached workouts will include swim sets for all ability levels. Workouts will focus on strengthening, cardiovascular endurance and technique. Days and times are listed below. Adult Aquacise
This light aerobic exercise is geared toward men and women of all ages. Exercise without the pain and the strain that sometimes is associated with land exercise.  Early morning, afternoon and night classes available. Call the Club for specific days and times of classes.

12 Month Pool Memberships:

Pool Memberships include pool use only. Benefits & incentives from Family & Adult Memberships as listed above do not apply.

Important to Know:

• Cannot combine incentives (i.e., corporate or childcare)
• Children carrying membership cards will have access to game room equipment at night - other children will be allowed to be in the game room.
• Pool memberships only apply to the pool - they do not get priority registration or discounts on specialty programs.
• Membership Cards: will have expiration date, will have membership code, will be color coded to distinguish type of membership.

Available Discounts

Ludlow Residents - 20% discount if paying with automatic debit and 20% discount when paying in full. Discount applies to 12 month contract only.

Massachusetts Teachers Association - 15% discount if paying with automatic debit and 20% discount when paying in full. Discount applies to 12 month contract only.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield - will reimburse up to $150 for membership. Member must be at least four months and you must submit paperwork to Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Sheriff's Department Employees - 20% discount if paying with automatic debit or when paying in full. Discount applies to 12 month contract only.

Health New England - 15% discount if paying with automatic debit and 20% discount when paying in full. Discount applies to 12 month contract only and non-Ludlow residents.

Boston Road Business Association - 15% discount if paying with automatic debit and 20% discount when paying in full. Discount applies to 12 month contract only and non-Ludlow residents add $60 to each membership.

Harvard Pilgrim Insurance - members receive a 15% discount on memberships if paying with automatic debit and a 20% discount when paying in full at the time of registration. Discounts apply to 12 month memberships only and non-Ludlow residents add $60 to each membership.

Ludlow Chamber of Commerce & Ludlow Town Employees - members receive a 15% discount on memberships if paying with automatic debit and a 20% discount when paying in full at the time of registration. Discounts apply to 12 month memberships only and non-Ludlow residents add $60 to each membership.

Tufts Health Plan - members receive a 20% discount on membership packages. Tufts Health Plan members are also entitled to the co-pay per visit option. This option allows members to pay per visit while still enjoying the full use of the facility and its programs. Co-Payments are as follows: AGES Co-Pay Preschool age 0-5 No Charge Youth ages 6 to 15 $3.00 Adults ages 16+ $6.00 Secure Horizons (Senior Citizens) $3.00 *Note Co-Pay clients are entitled to no more than five visits per month and will be required to pay a $15.00 evaluation fee if using the Fitness Center.
