About Our
Summer Camp...
The Randall Boys
and Girls Club will offer eight
weeks of summer camp this year. We are open Monday
through
Friday from 6:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our camp
services boys and girls ages six to fourteen
(children must have completed Kindergarten through
8th grade). Campers and their families have the option of
registering for all
weeks of camp or
individual weeks.
*This camp must comply with regulations of the
Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be
licensed
by the local board of health*
Daily Activities
Our Program provides campers the
opportunity to experience a number of group and
individual activities. The following is a sample

Camp Fees
Ludlow Residents:
$170 per week Non
Residents:
$180 per week Registration Fee:
$25 per family
(waived if using auto withdrawal
payment option)
- Family discounts are available.
- Discounts for pay-in-full or automatic
withdrawal payments
- 25% deposit due at time
of registration
- No additional fees for trips and special
events.
- Financial assistance for those who qualify.

Immunization Records
An updated copy
of your child(ren's) immunization records is due
at the time of registration. Immunization records
from Summer Camp 2010 will not be available.
Parents may stop by
The Club to pick up a blank
certificate of immunization to bring to their
child's physician prior to registering for camp.
Talented Camp Staff
Our camp staff is made up of a combination of
full time professional staff and part time staff.
Our full time staff brings with them over 40 years
of combined camping experience. All staff are
trained in First Aid and CPR. All aquatics staff
are certified lifeguards and/or water safety
instructors.
Being Prepared...
Campers are required to supply their own
lunches, snacks, drinks, bathing suits and towels
each day that they attend camp. For your
convenience, The Club does have vending machines
that supply snacks, water, milk & soda.
Campers in groups
1- 4 can request that their counselor hold their
snack money in the group money box each
day.
*Vending machines are only available for
use after lunch.
Swimming Lessons
Each camp group receives swim lessons at least
twice weekly. Campers are taught by our Red Cross
swim instructors with an emphasis on teaching to
the individual. Campers may be excused from swim
lessons for a period of time if a signed doctor's
note is presented to the Camp Director.
Camp T-Shirts
Everyone will receive a camp t-shirt at the
time of registration. These shirts are to be worn
when campers are on field trips or special events
out of the building. Additional camp t-shirts may
be purchased during the summer.
