Registration for 2008/2009 Before & After School
programs
begins Monday, July 28th. Registration will be
accepted
Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Before School Program - 2007/2008

The Before School program is a licensed program
designed to offer early morning
childcare for children in grades K-8.
~
The program runs from 6:30
a.m. until the start of school. A variety of
activities
are offered including: game room, gym time, and arts &
crafts.
~
Transportation is provided by the Ludlow Public
Schools to all Ludlow Elementary
Schools. Transportation is NOT provided for
Paul R. Baird Middle School students.
It will be the child's responsibility to walk to school.

COST: Town residents: per week/per
child. *Family rates available*
Non-residents: per week/per child
~
A two-week deposit is due at the time of
registration, and a $25 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for Automatic Withdrawal
clients.

The program starts Tuesday, September 4, 2007.
(Tuesday, September 11th for Kindergarten)
After School
Program - 2007/2008

The After-school program is a licensed program
designed to offer reliable
childcare during the
non-school hours of 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
~
The program is for children in grades K-5. A
variety of social, recreational,
educational activities are offered including: arts & crafts,
game room activities,
outdoor play, swimming, computer usage, and homework help.
~
Transportation provided from all elementary
schools by the Ludlow Public Schools.
~
COST: Town residents: per
week/per child. *Family rates
available*
Non-residents: per week/per child
~
A two-week deposit is due at the time of
registration, and a $25 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for Automatic Withdrawal
clients.

East Street School
After School
Program
~
The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys &
Girls Club, in cooperation with East St.
Elementary School, will be offering an EEC licensed After
School Program at East St.
School. The program runs March 3 - May 22nd on Mondays,
Wednesdays, & Thursdays
3:00 - 5:30pm.

The program is for children in grades K - 5
who attend East St. School. A variety of
social, recreational, and educational activities are offered
including: homework help,
academic enrichment activities, arts & crafts, outdoor play
and more.
~
COST: per week, plus $25
registration fee (registration fee can be
waived if
paying in full or using automatic withdrawal payments).
~
Registration can be taken at the Ludlow
Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club

Middle School/After School Program
- 2007/2008

The Middle School After School Program is a
program designed to offer childcare for
children
in grades 6-8. Program hours are from 2:30 p.m. -
5:30 p.m.

The Middle School room is a self contained area
that is designed to cater to the needs
and interests of middle school children only. This program
will also have access to
gym, pool, arts & crafts, homework help
and computers.
~
COST: Town residents: per
week/per child. *Family rates
available*
Non-residents: per week/per child
~

registration, and a $25 registration fee.

Club offers full-day childcare during
school vacation weeks
and special days. Program hours are 6:30am - 5:30pm,
and is for children in grades K-8.

A variety of activities are available including:
gym, arts & crafts, swimming, game
room, outdoor
play, computers, field trips, and more.

COST: Town residents: per

Payment is due in full at the time of
registration

Baird Middle School Recreational
Program

In cooperation with the
Paul R. Baird Middle School, the Ludlow
Boys & Girls Club will be offering an
Afterschool Program at the Middle School
students in 6th, 7th
& 8th grade.
Anticipated programs and areas will
include homework room, gamesroom, video
games, intramural sports leagues, robotics
and drama
(some programs may have additional fees
for participation).
