BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM

The Before School program is a licensed program
designed to offer early morning
childcare for children in grades K-8.
●
The program runs from 6:30
a.m. until the start of school. A variety of
activities
are offered including: game room, gym time, and arts &
crafts.
●
Transportation is provided by the Ludlow Public
Schools to all Ludlow Elementary
Schools. Transportation is NOT provided for
Paul R. Baird Middle School students.
It will be the child's responsibility to walk to school.
●
COST: Town residents: $45
per week
Non-residents: $55 per week
●
A two-week deposit is due at the time of
registration, and a $25 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for Automatic Withdrawal
clients.
●
The program starts Tuesday, September 1, 2009
(Sept. 8th for Kindergarten)
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
●
The After-school program is a licensed program
designed to offer reliable
childcare during the
non-school hours of 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
●
The program is for children in grades K-5. A
variety of social, recreational,
educational activities are offered including: arts & crafts,
game room activities,
outdoor play, swimming, computer usage, and homework help.
●
Transportation provided from all Ludlow elementary
schools by the Ludlow Public
Schools. Contact the Ludlow Public Schools to arrange
transportation.
●
COST: Town residents: $55
per week
Non-residents: $65 per week
●
A two-week deposit is due at the time of
registration, and a $25 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for Automatic Withdrawal
clients.

program includes extended care for all of the
Ludlow Public School's half-days
and early releases.
MIDDLE SCHOOL/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
●
The Middle School After School Program is a
program designed to offer childcare for
children
in grades 6-8. Program hours are from 2:30 p.m. -
5:30 p.m.
●
The Middle School room is a self contained area
that is designed to cater to the needs
and interests of middle school children only. This program
will also have access to
gym, pool, arts & crafts, homework help
and computers.
●
COST: Town residents: $25
per week
Non-residents: $30 per week
●
A four-week deposit is due at the time of
registration, and a $25 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for Automatic Withdrawal
clients.
●
The program starts Tuesday, September 1,
2009
●
Transportation is NOT

SCHOOL VACATIONS & SPECIAL DAYS

The Ludlow Boys and Girls
Club offers full-day childcare during
school vacation weeks
and special days. Program hours are 6:30am - 5:30pm,
and is for children in grades K-8.

A variety of activities are available including:
gym, arts & crafts, swimming, game
room, outdoor
play, computers, field trips, and more.
●
COST: Town residents:
$24 per day/per child
Non-residents: $28 per day/per
child
Payment is due in full at the time of
registration

The Club is open during the following

Baird Middle School Recreational
Program

In cooperation with the
Paul R. Baird Middle School, the Ludlow
Boys & Girls Club will be offering an
Afterschool Program at the Middle School
for students in 6th, 7th
& 8th grades.
Anticipated programs and areas will
include homework room, gamesroom, video
games, and intramural sports leagues.
