Personal Training

at the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club

Anyone can benefit from Personal Training… Whether you are new to exercise or you are looking to improve your golf game, personal training can help you reach your health & fitness goals.  Our staff of certified personal trainers will develop a safe, challenging & effective exercise routine based on your specific goals & abilities.  Your personal trainer will support you with the expert knowledge, coaching & motivation to help you look, feel and live better!

This program is available to members and non-members.

‘Individual Client’ (1 client with 1 trainer) or ‘Partner’ (2 clients with 1 trainer) sessions available. 
Training packages include an initial consultation, personalized program design, individual/partner one-hour supervised training sessions, and a 6-8 week re-assessment.  (Minimum age: 14 years old.)
